To add a media file:
In any 'Character' field if you type in a valid email or www link eg bloggs@bloggs.com or www.bloggs.com will automatically create a link.
This is useful if you wish to assign certain email addresses to certain media, or provide links to other associated web sites.
If you want to password protect the full size display of the media just enter a password into the 'Media password'
field, otherwise leave blank. The password will need to be entered every time this media is viewed.
The file you upload must be a valid media file for images they must be jpg, gif, bmp, tif other media types supported are mp3, pdf, mpg, doc, xls, ppt, asf, mov,
swf, wav, wsf, au, zip, mpp, ps remember that you are possibly uploading a file to the internet via a slow link so be aware of the file
size you are using in order to reduce upload time.
